We kick off with your InBody scan—a tool that accurately measures your body fat, lean mass, and metabolism. This is how we set your goals and track your progress. No guesswork involved.

Posture screening technology assesses form and over/under active muscle groups. This establishes your current skill level and where you can improve through your training program.

Step 3 — Nutrition Consultation
Our personal trainer creates a nutrition plan tailored to your needs and goals. We strive to make healthy eating as easy as possible.

Step 4 — Training Sessions
Based on your consultation and assessment results, we start your training sessions. Your program includes recommended sessions per week that you can use based on your schedule.
