Classes
- First step? Download the Just Jym app. This is the best way to book in for your favourite class.
- Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance via our online booking system, so feel free to plan ahead. If you can no longer attend a class please cancel your booking.
- Timetables and instructors may change without notice.
- We want to start classes on time as your time is precious. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early before the start to get set up. You will not be able to join a class if the class has commenced and/or the studio door is closed.
- If you change your mind, cancellation is available up until 4 hours before the start of the class session. Otherwise, is no-show and will affect your future booking if accumulate more than 3 late cancellations or no-shows within 30 days. If you incur 3 late cancellations or no-shows within the last 30 days, you may not make a booking for a period of 2 weeks.
- A cancellation is considered "late" if it occurs within 4 hours prior to a class.
- If the class you’d like to attend is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. There are often changes to class attendance, even last-minute ones, so if a place opens up for you, you’ll get an email or text to let you know you have been added to the class. If you can no longer make it, please cancel yourself out of the class so your place can be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
- If you are on class credits, your credit will be forfeited if you are absent from your booking, or if you cancel late.
- We’re really proud that our classes always start and end on time, so please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before the start of class to set yourself up for a fun time. The studio doors may be closed while classes are running, so unfortunately there is no late entry (late arrivals are considered a no-show). We know that life sometimes doesn’t go to plan, but we’re not able to hold the class start time, or accept cancellations over the phone, on email or socials. Early exits are also a no-go, unless in the case of emergency. We don’t have too many rules, but our studio policies are always made with member experience and safety front of mind. Thank you for your understanding!
- Moving with us is all about how you feel, not how you look. Remember to listen to your body and take everything at your own pace – modifications, challenges and rest breaks will be your friend, and don’t forget to hydration is key!
