Once your Personal Trainer understands your goals, lifestyle, how you move, and what makes you tick, they'll design a tailored program just for you. This plan will outline the sessions you'll do together and on your own each week. As you get stronger and fitter, your trainer will adjust the program to keep challenging you. During your 60-minute sessions, your coach will guide you through exercises, making sure you do them safely and effectively to prevent injuries and maximise your results. If you need help with your diet, your trainer can also support you with nutrition advice.
When you freeze your membership, your Personal Training sessions will also be frozen in line with the freeze policy.

You'll see the best results for your hard work. When you're trying to improve on your own and hitting roadblocks, it's often because you're guessing and testing things out without a clear plan. On the other hand, a Personal Trainer knows exactly how to guide you with a program that targets your challenges and matches your goals. When you're training solo, you have to decide what exercises to do, when to do them, how intensely to push yourself, and how to track your progress. But with a trainer, they handle all of that planning so you can just focus on showing up and giving it your all. Plus, having a trainer keeps you accountable, gives you a structured routine, offers mentorship, and motivates you (since someone is watching your progress). It's also more enjoyable than training alone. All these factors together lead to better outcomes for you.
During your onboarding with your membership consultant, fill them in on your needs and goals. They work closely with all our Personal Trainers and are trained in how to match you with the most suitable Personal Trainer, based on their skillsets and personality.
The more regularly you train with your Personal Trainer, the faster you will see results. If you work hard and follow your program properly, you should start to notice results for yourself within about four weeks – you should have progressed enough so that the rest of the world will notice your results by about 12 weeks.

No, you don't have to completely overhaul your lifestyle to benefit from Personal Training. It really depends on your goals. If you're aiming for noticeable results in a short time, you might need to make some adjustments for a while. It's not about completely giving up certain foods or drinks, but rather moderating how much you consume. Some people choose to cut back on certain things while they're focused on reaching their goals, and then adjust back to a more relaxed approach once they've achieved them.
Yes. We have Exercise Physiologists who specialise in injury rehabilitation and prevention of re-injury. We even have Personal Trainers who’ve moved into that area of specialty to their own injuries they’ve experienced throughout life. They can build you a program – and work with you on proper form – no matter what type of injury you have.
